PROMOTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Promotions Terms & Conditions apply to any discount, coupon code, sale, or special offer ("Promotion") run by Charmy Petit, in addition to our general Terms of Service, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Reference Price Disclosure (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2005/29/EC as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161 ("Omnibus Directive"), whenever we announce a price reduction, the displayed "previous price" refers to the lowest price we applied to that product in the 30 days immediately before the price reduction began, unless otherwise stated. This applies regardless of how the discount is presented (percentage off, fixed amount off, or a "before/after" price comparison).

2. Discount Codes & Coupons

  • Discount codes are valid only during the period stated in the promotional communication (email, social media, website banner) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before use.
  • Unless stated otherwise, one discount code may be used per order and cannot be combined with other active promotions or discount codes.
  • Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if a discount code is used fraudulently, outside its intended terms, or as a result of a technical error.

3. Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only, within the geographic regions stated in the offer, and may exclude oversized items, expedited shipping upgrades, or specific product categories where noted.

4. Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated in the specific Promotion, discounts do not apply to:

  • Gift cards
  • Items already marked as final sale or clearance
  • Shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes

5. Combining Offers

Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated. Where multiple discounts could apply to the same order, only the discount most favorable to the customer, or the one specified in the Promotion's own terms, will be applied — whichever the Promotion states.

6. Validity, Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect orders already confirmed under the original terms. Promotional pricing applies only to orders placed within the stated Promotion period; orders placed before or after this period will be charged at the regular price.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights Remain Unaffected

Nothing in these Promotions Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity described in our Refund and Return Policy and Terms of Service. Promotional items remain fully eligible for return and refund under those policies, unless explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase — and even then, your right to a conforming, non-defective product is never excluded.
