  • Legal Guarantee: Under EU law, products sold by Charmy Petit come with a statutory legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.

SECTION 2 - PRICES AND TAXES (EU VAT)

  • Prices: All prices displayed on our website for European Union customers are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once an order confirmation email is sent, the price for that order is fixed.

  • Customs Duties: In the event that orders dispatched from our international fulfillment centers attract local customs processing fees or import duties upon arrival in your country, please contact contact@charmypetit.com for support.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURING

  • Handmade & Custom Products: All products offered by Charmy Petit are exclusive, handmade items with a standard manufacturing time of 7 business days before dispatch.

  • Product Display: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, display accuracy depends on your computer monitor settings.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities of any product to any person or geographic region on a reasonable basis.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized activity, or an obvious technical pricing error.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your email address and payment details so that we can complete your transactions.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools (e.g., shipment tracking services like 17track.net) or links to external websites over which we monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that access to such tools is provided "as is" and "as available".
