SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING TIME
All products at Charmy Petit are exclusive, handmade pieces created with special care for your daughter.

  • Manufacturing & Packaging Time: 4 business days.

  • Delivery times apply after the manufacturing period is complete.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & ESTIMATES

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

  • Average Delivery Time: 10 to 20 business days (after dispatch).

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 30 business days from the dispatch date.

Adverse external factors (such as unexpected customs delays, severe weather conditions, or local national holidays) may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is manufactured and dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email within 7 business days. You can track your package directly on our website or by using global tracking services such as 17track.net.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (EU CUSTOMERS)
For orders shipped to the European Union, prices displayed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. In the rare event that local customs fees or import duties are assessed by your country's customs authority, Charmy Petit covers standard tax processing; however, please contact us at contact@charmypetit.com immediately if you receive a customs fee notification so we can assist you.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN POLICY)
In compliance with European Union Consumer Rights regulations:

  • Before Dispatch: You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for an immediate full refund before your piece enters production.

  • Right of Withdrawal (After Delivery): As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the package, without giving any reason.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrives defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the item to our return facility. To initiate a return, please reach out to contact@charmypetit.com.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund of your purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
